Turkish Amber glaze

I am looking for tips on using Turkish Amber glaze, which I bought in liquid form.

First -- it possible that my Turkish Amber glaze is transparent, or is there only Turkish Amber opaque? I think I have Turkish Amber transparent, but I can't seem to find that listed anywhere on the website.

Second -- I'd appreciate any tips on how to use this particular glaze. I think I've used it before, and I remember it giving me trouble. How many coats should I brush on, what consistency should the wet glaze be at, and about how thick should the layer of applied glaze be when I'm done? The particular problems I'm anticipating are the glaze being too thick, and getting pinholes and craters.

I have a lot of general information about glazing, avoiding pinholes and all that -- what I'm looking for are tips that are specific to Laguna transparent glazes (because I'm pretty sure I have a transparent glaze). Anything special I should keep in mind?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
