“To our valued customers, Laguna Clay is constantly working to improve your shopping experience. In order to do so, we will need to be closed for inventory 11/27 through 12/3. We will be returning to normal operations on Thursday 12/4.

Please be advised of the following deadlines:

• Will Call orders placed and confirmed by a member of our Sales team by Monday 11/24 will be processed and ready for pick up Wednesday 11/26. If you are unable to pick up Wednesday, the soonest date you can pick up is Thursday 12/4. Orders placed and confirmed Wednesday 11/26 and later, will be available for pick up on Friday 12/5 at the earliest.
• Ground Shipments placed online or confirmed by a member of our Sales team by Tuesday 11/25 before 3:00pm PT will be processed by end of day Wednesday 11/26, pending item availability. Orders placed and confirmed Wednesday 11/26 and later, will be processed Thursday 12/4 on a first come first serve basis.
• Truck Shipments will be shipped through Wednesday 11/26 on a first come first serve basis. Please communicate with the Sales team about the status of your order.
• Retail Store will be closed Thursday 11/27 through Wednesday 12/3 reopening Thursday 12/4. The store may be busier in the surrounding weeks and orders may take longer than usual to fulfill. As a reminder any dry material being weighed out (less than 50 lbs.), may exceed a 30 minute wait time.
